These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Pal Mall Online Shopping wholly owned by PAL MALL SDN BHD (Company Registration No.20210100587 (1406126-P)) herein after referred as “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “the Company”), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia, for services via our mobile applications, websites or any other platforms designated by Us (“Platform”).


Before becoming a User of the Site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to these Terms of Service and you must consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy linked hereto. The Company reserves all rights to the use of Pal Mall Online Shopping Website and Services provided by Pal Mall Sdn Bhd.




1.  Operations (subject to changes)


·        Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday - Sunday with an order confirmation sent, within 24 hours.

·        Please refer to store operation hours prior to check-out to avoid disappointment.

·        All purchases made are non-refundable.

·        Exchange of goods and gift certifications are not applicable after order confirmation.

·        Goods and food items will be deemed void and the payment is forfeited in the event that the customer fails to pick-up during the stipulated time.

·        The Pal Mall reserve the rights to cancel or modify orders in its sole discretion for any reason. Customer will be entitled to either a full or partial refund in the event of such modification or cancellation and will notify customer accordingly.

·        Products showcased are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product.



2.  Self Collection / Pickup


For self pickup option, please indicate pickup time & date in the option of your shopping cart. Self pickup point is at store itself.

3.  Cancellation of Order

In the event of cancellation after confirmation or postponement, no refunds will be made.

4.  Refund Policy

All purchases made are non-refundable under normal circumstances. No refund will be made once the confirmed order has been placed and paid.
